Thank you for your interest in the Housing Authority of the City of Decaturs Project Based Voucher program.  We maintain a PBV waiting list in accordance with Federal laws. Our online application is an easy, step-by-step way to get your name on our waiting list.

DHAs Project Based Voucher Program waiting list opens April 8th, 2025 at 12:01am, and closes April 10th, 2025 at 12:01am.

Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time of application. Please understand that not all applicants will be placed on the waiting list as many more applications are expected than can be assisted. Only submit one application per registrant as duplicate applications will NOT be accepted. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be accepted.

You must complete the entire application for the application to be valid.

Before you begin the application, you must have the names, dates of birth, and Social Security Numbers available for all household members.  You must have an email address to receive confirmation that your application has been accepted.

Important: To move from one step of the application to another, you must use only the buttons at the bottom of the application. (The Begin button is below. Other steps have Next, Back, Confirm, and/or Submit buttons at the bottom that allow you to go forward and back within the application.) Using ANY OTHER option, including right-clicking with your mouse and selecting Back or Forward, will cause an error and may force you to begin a new application.
